About MTG

Mind The Gap was founded in 1999 by Artistic Director Paula D'Alessandris to seek out and produce original, contemporary theatrical writing by playwrights from all regions of the British Isles and to provide an Off-Off-Broadway setting to foster and perform these works. MTG promotes an exchange of intercontinental theatrical works between the United States and the United Kingdom; its fundamental strength is its ability to recognize outstanding works by British playwrights on the New York stage.
